RETURNS POLICY FOR JALIN READY-TO-WEAR STOCK ITEMS

PLEASE NOTE: BESPOKE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE

Returns Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise specified.

Please note that sample orders cannot be returned.

We May Accept Returns if the Following Conditions Are Met: 

1. You provide a valid invoice and dispatch note number.
2. A returns authorization note from Jalin Design is required. If not provided in advance, a 5% fee plus any other charges will be deducted from any credit issued.
3. A restocking fee will be applied to your credit note. (£30 GBP, 45$ USD, 40€ EUR or 20% of the total order value, whichever is higher).
4. Items must be unworn and in their original unopened packaging, together with all original documentation.
5. You must either arrange and pay for the return or, if we agree to collect, pay a fee of £5 (GBP£), $5 (USD$), or €5 (EUR€) per box. If collection fails due to your fault, an additional charge of £15 (GBP£), $15 (USD$), or €15 (EUR€) applies.
   
6. The value of returned goods must not exceed 3% of your total spend with us in the past 12 months.
7. Jalin Design may refuse returns if items are deemed unsuitable for resale.
