CONCEPT & DISCOVERY

Scope of Work & Budget

We listen closely to your expectations and operational priorities which inform the design, fabric selection, quantities, and timelines. Together we settle on a scope, timeline and budget which ensures a considered solution that aligns with your financial parameters without compromising quality.

DESIGN & FABRIC SELECTION

Drawing on decades of experience, we develop designs that reflect your brand aesthetic while meeting the performance demands of hospitality environments. Fabric and trim selections balance aesthetics, comfort, durability, movement, and long-term wear.

SAMPLE REVIEW

Prototype garments are reviewed for fit, functionality, and finish. This stage allows for adjustments based on wear testing and feedback, ensuring the final uniform meets both brand standards and operational realities. We offer a bespoke staff measuring service prior to production to ensure precise fit and correct size ratios.

INSTALLATION & AFTERCARE

Final garments are delivered according to our agreed timeline. We offer a comprehensive installation service where garments are fitted and altered on site with guidance on care, replacements, and future rollouts, supporting consistency and presentation.
